Mouhalla is local bread made out of eggs, sugar, saffron and a mix of flour served with mozzarella cheese and honey.

Mouhammara is a mixture of ground nuts, olive oil, cumin, chilies, eaten with Arabic bread.

Moutabel is a dip made of eggplant, tahina, olive oil and lemon juice.

Muhalabiyyah is a semolina pudding.

Musakhan is a chicken casserole with sumac.

Sambousek are triangular pies filled with meat, cheese or spinach.

Saj Manakish is a Lebanese pastry baked on special oval grill called "Saj" topped with your choice of cheese, thyme, meat and other toppings. It could be served also as a sweet when it is topped with chocolate.
